By downloading, accessing, or using the EnerWhizz mobile application (“EnerWhizz” or the “App”), you (“you” or “user”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use EnerWhizz. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Usernames must comply with our community guidelines and may not be offensive, infringe on intellectual property rights, or impersonate others.
You can delete your account any time. Account deletion will result in the permanent removal of your profile and game data.
EnerWhizz is a quiz game where players answer questions about energy-related topics to earn points and compete in leagues. The scoring system is based on the speed and accuracy of your answers.
Leagues are organized by country and skill level. Players can move up or down leagues based on their performance. Any form of cheating, hacking, or unauthorized modification of the App is strictly prohibited.
Whizzers can be purchased or earned or won within the game and used to gain advantages during quizzes. In-game currency (“gems”) can be earned through gameplay or purchased or won and used to acquire whizzers.
All content within EnerWhizz, including but not limited to questions, images, sounds, code, and the EnerWhizz logo, is the intellectual property of EnergyPages SRL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on EnerWhizz or any of its content without our express written permission.
EnerWhizz may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties. You access such links at your own risk.
If and when EnerWhizz allows users to create or share content, you agree to abide by our community guidelines. All user-generated content must be appropriate, respectful, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
EnerWhizz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of EnerWhizz.
Any prizes offered are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to EnerWhizz if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in any fraudulent or abusive activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brussels, Belgium.
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated T&C within the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of EnerWhizz after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C.
